This website, xsiv.au, is run by XSIV AI (ABN 29 287 374 812), an AI consultancy based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. General information, not advice

The content on this site is general information to help Australian businesses understand AI and our services. It does not take your circumstances into account and is not legal, financial, HR or technical advice for your business. For advice about your business, talk to us or another qualified adviser.

3. Samples, calculators and estimates

The sample AI Automation Audit is for a fictional business, and its figures are illustrative. The quick win calculator and any examples of time saved, value or payback are estimates to help you think about your own business. They are not promises of results. Anything you type into the calculator stays in your browser and is not sent to us unless you choose to include it in a message.

4. Prices and services

Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. We keep them up to date, but they may change. The services, prices and terms that apply to you are those in your written proposal and the agreement you sign with us.

5. Insights articles

Our articles reflect the information available when they were written. AI, the tools and the rules around them change quickly, so some details may become out of date. Where we cite research, we link to the source so you can check it.

6. Our content and brand

The content on this site, including text, images, the XSIV AI name and logo, and our mascot, belongs to XSIV AI or is used with permission. You are welcome to link to our pages and to quote short passages with a link back to the source. Please do not copy substantial parts of the site, or use our name, logo or mascot in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

7. Search engines and AI assistants

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read, index and cite this site, as set out in our robots.txt file. We also publish plain language summaries for AI assistants at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt. When citing us, please attribute XSIV AI and link to the relevant page.

8. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access, overload it, send spam or harmful content through our forms, or use automated tools to collect information from it beyond what our robots.txt file allows.

9. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as research sources and the tools we recommend. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on that site.

10. Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted.
