Your automations run on a dedicated n8n server that we host, secure and manage for you. It is included in Care and Partner, so there is no separate automation software bill. Hosted automations need an active Care or Partner plan. If you ever move on, we export your workflows and hand them over, so nothing is locked in. AI assistant seats (Claude or ChatGPT business plans): about A$35 to A$45 per user a month. AI assistant seats are set up in your name and paid directly by you, at cost. You own those accounts and all your data, with no markup.

Because safe use comes before automation. Foundations gives your team a written AI use policy, a business grade AI workspace and clear rules on what can and can’t go into AI tools. Every workflow we build sits on top of it.
Your automations run on a dedicated n8n server that we host and manage, and that is included in your Care or Partner plan, so there is no separate automation software bill. AI assistant seats such as Claude or ChatGPT are set up in your name and paid directly by you, at cost, with no markup.
Care means we host and run your automations on a dedicated server, monitor every workflow, fix anything that breaks when connected apps change, apply updates and make small changes each month, so what we built keeps working.
Care plans have a three month minimum on new builds so we can settle everything in properly. After that they run month to month. If you ever move on, we export your workflows and hand them over so you can run them yourself or with someone else.
Half when you accept the proposal and half when your workflows go live. The audit fee is credited in full if you go ahead within 30 days of your debrief.
Yes. The Launch package covers Foundations and three quick wins. Many businesses start there and add workflows once the team has seen the results.
